Muscle at the Mille
Yep, we take American Muscle to the Mille Miglia routes in an intimate, fully escorted, luxury rally limited to collectors and passionate drivers.
Make it
Muscle at the Mille is Vintage Supercars’ signature Italian rally: a curated, multi‑day driving experience that follows iconic Mille Miglia roads, combines countryside stages with historic towns, and pairs exceptional driving with five‑star hospitality. We ship rally‑ready cars from our California workshop and manage every logistical detail so you can focus on the road and the experience. The rally intentionally coincides with the official Mille Miglia event so participants drive the same historic public roads and share the atmosphere and spectacle all while remaining an independent, privately organized event.
It’s for:
Owners and collectors of high‑performance American powered, vintage sportscars, resto‑mods, and classic American muscle.
Drivers who value spirited, safe driving on historic routes, paired with luxury accommodations and cultural experiences.
Small groups and influencers seeking exclusive, content‑rich automotive experiences.
Timing & relationship to the Mille Miglia
Our event runs concurrently with the official Mille Miglia. While we are not affiliated with or part of the official race, participants experience the same routes, towns, and the unique energy of the Mille Miglia field.
Because the Mille Miglia runs on open public roads, vehicles from both events frequently mix along the route. Vintage Supercars operates independently with its own car numbers, route control, and marshaling, and requires all participants to follow our safety protocols and local traffic laws.
We make no claim of official partnership or endorsement by the Mille Miglia organization.

FAQs
How does shipping, customs, and timing work?
We coordinate sea/air shipping and temporary import (carnet) documentation. Typical door‑to‑door timelines are 4–8 weeks for sea freight (longer at peak seasons) and shorter for air freight (costly). Bookings should be confirmed at least 10–12 weeks before the event to ensure smooth logistics; expedited options are available for an additional fee.
What on‑route support and safety measures are provided?
We provide lead and sweep cars, route marshals, medical standby, recovery truck, and local mechanical support. Daily vehicle checks are performed, and participants must follow our safety protocols and local traffic laws. We also supply emergency contact procedures and GPS tracking for the group.
How many cars are allowed?
This year we are limited to 25 cars per Italy event to preserve exclusivity and safety. Early reservations and deposits recommended; waitlist available for sold‑out dates.
What’s the cost?
Price range: $20,000–$30,000 per participant (airfare excluded). Final pricing depends on route length, accommodations, and shipping choices.
What are the booking, deposit, cancellation, and transfer policies?
A non‑refundable deposit secures your place; final balance is due by the date in your contract (typically 60–90 days before the event). Cancellations before the final balance date may receive partial refunds minus expenses; cancellations after that date are generally non‑refundable. Transfers to another qualified participant are usually allowed with administrative fee and organizer approval. Exact terms are provided in the participant agreement.
Do I need special insurance or licences to participate?
You must carry valid international driving licence documentation (your national licence; an IDP if your country requires it) and personal travel insurance covering motorsport‑adjacent activities. We require participants to sign our event waiver and to carry insurance that covers third‑party liability while driving abroad. We can advise on recommended policy language and providers.
What level of driving experience is required?
Participants should be comfortable driving high‑performance and manual‑transmission cars on narrow, sometimes fast public roads. Prior rallying, track days, or spirited touring experience is strongly recommended. We run driver briefings and offer lead/sweep support.
