FCC is a rolling coffee house & restaurant, brick and mortar coffee shop, living art gallery, custom car shop and general hangout. It was designed very simply as a place to go, a destination if you appreciate moving things. With fabulous, simple food and mind-blowing coffee FCC offers everything you expect from a modern hip hangout – except you don’t have to have a handlebar mustache to enjoy it.

Set in Carmichael Ca, Fast Cat provides a hub for any motorized scene, a hub whose spokes reach out into every subculture, group, club and clan you can imagine – from supercars to rat rods, vintage bikes to drift cars. Anything that starts with a key, we embrace*.

With regular pop-up events and festivities marking the calendar we are not just a hub but a rolling social even where people can meet, talk, eat, drink and inspire – a center for the huge and diverse car community.

From the start we were hell bent on finding the freshest, best tasting, small-batch, slow roasted, specialty coffee and that's how we found Moschetti. There are no hidden secrets with the owner Fabrice — just premium beans treated with the utmost respect. Moschetti roasts six days a week to ensure optimum freshness, then delivers to us within 24 hours of production.

Inside of Fast Cat Coffee is a gourmet grilled cheese bar that specializes in serving quality interpretations of classic grilled cheese sandwiches. With both sweet and savory sandwiches you get to experience everything from the taste and feel of French Pastry to St. Louis Barbecue all presented in the form of a grilled cheese sandwich. It's truly amazing!
